Would not recommend. Cheat you out of security dep
2nd time staying here at Red Roof Inn. The first time was pleasant and expected the same but was very disappointed.
Was made to wait to get the room due to limited staff and overbooking. Was given an accessible room instead of the room I booked, which was fine with me.
They haven't refunded 100 dollar deposit and on top of it charged me 90 dollars for stained linens which is ridiculous. We stayed just one night to get some sleep and have done nothing to stain the beds.
During checkout I was also interviewed about my nationality and job after which I was charged the 90 dollars for linen making me assume that there is some racist factors for this. I will not stay here again and recommend others to stay away or pay deposit in cash and get it back before leaving. If you put a card on file, they are at their discretion to charge you up.
For a room that is 60dollars on Hotels.com. I was charged an additional 190 from RedRoofInn on my card additionally.

Running water
The hotel had some upgrades since we stayed before about 3 years ago. However the bathroom was awful. There was running water in the bathtub that wouldn't shut off as the taps were broken. It was not cleaned well at all. It was a Sunday night so I suspect that they couldn't get it fixed as it was a weekend, however the hotel was not full. Why was the front desk not informed by housekeeping so that this room was not used?? We unloaded our car and didn't use the washroom until a half hour and after driving 12 hours we were exhausted and couldn't imagine transferring to another room. We jus kept the door closed and tried our best to ignore the running water.

Not ever any staff up front to tend to the desk. We reserved 2 rooms for extended stay, neither had microwaves or fridges. Not once, in our weeks stay, we were offered new towels, linens, toiletries or anything. The trash around is just overflowing everywhere. The owner was harrassing my kids and I during our weeks stay! 10/10 DO NOT recommend

Never Again total disaster
My experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The place is filthy, some of the front desk workers are incredibly rude, I e machine, snack machine etc were all broke and had been for a long time I was told. They change rules every other sentence to whatever suits them at the time, get upset if you book online thru a third party. I could go on forever. My points is they are incredibly rude, very money hungry & the place is filthy. I guarantee it wouldn't pass inspection. I will never go back and highly recommend no one else does either.

The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it, the coffee maker needs an upgrade. The lights over the bed were naked light bulbs without a shade. Just in need of some light handy work. I’ve been staying here since 2020 and each time it’s a little more run down. Hopefully they can get some of these little things tended to.

I made a reservation for a room with a kitchen a month in advance and when the day came, none of the rooms with kitchens were available. They told me they would give me another room and charged me $100 more but in the end I decided to leave because the rooms didn't even have a refrigerator. They said they would give me all my money back since I decided to cancel everything and go to another hotel and they haven't given me my money back. A bad experience without a doubt.

Horrible place
They charge 100 for deposit and keep half always. I even cleaned the room. After having to be moved to 3 different rooms as the first had no fridge and microwave but charged for it. 2nd room stunk so bad couldn't even walk in. 5 days later still won't refund deposit as the manager is busy in personal life i got told.

Do NOT waste your money.
We booked 2 rooms and only given 1 until I reminded them we had 2.
Both rooms had dried bodily juices on the bed sheets, comforters and bed skirts.
Had to change rooms and then striped the beds and used my own travel blankets for covers.
Smoke detectors were covered with clear tape and dead bugs. So we put our loves at risk because that thing would have never gone off.
Many many other things to lost but this should give you a clue. Spend money somewhere else.
I’m contacting health services in this place and demanding a full refund.

Staff is great. The property and guests leave much to be desired. I killed a big cockroach that i saw crawling across the phone in the room. Once i saw that, there was no sleeping that night. I was on guard all night watching for more roaches.
