This is by far one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The old Indian dude is rude af. He talks to you as if he has never talked to a human being. Anxiously rude, disrespectful and the worst check-in experience you can get. Avoid this place if you can sleep in your car.

They never had a place in Richfield and I ended up booking at Salt Lake City 20 miles away and could not make it in the rain and late night at 8:3@pm😴 I messaged them but they did not get back to me.

The owner was very concerned we were pleased with our room. He even came to the door to ask if we were going to get the complimentary breakfast because he was having it cleared away soon and he wanted to make sure we had an opportunity to get some.

The carpets were threadbare with large holes. The paint was peeling. The furniture was very scratched. The bed was rock hard. The public areas overwhelmingly smelled of Indian food.

It was just me and my toddler. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. The window on the second floor didn't have a screen which I thought was weird. The mattress is very firm and pillows are cotton. For the price, this was just fine. The carpet and furniture could use updating. The breakfast was bagels, waffles, bread, cereal with milk coffee and juice. Oh yogurt. Nothing fancy. I would stay here again.

Everything was great except for the internet and TV. I think their TV comes over the internet and it would stop every 30 seconds or so to buffer. Luckily, we didn't plan on watching much TV.

The Room was dirty. Pee on the toilet. TV did not work. Needed 1st floor I have bad knees can't do stairs and the receptionist kept asking if I was sure I was handicapped.
