Disappointed with the facility of this hotel cabin

The room’s ventilation was horrible. Cabin was so old that there’s no thermostat to regulate room temperature. Weather is cold to have windows open and heated system is unacceptable as it is too hot and loud when on and too cold to leave it off. Cabin is so small that there is hardly any room to open suitcases. However they put three recycle bins in the room. There is not enough electric outlets to charge electronic equipments. Bathroom is the size of a small closet. The only good thing is there’s hot water for the shower. Seems like the hotel desperately need to update its facilities. Cabins maybe good for campers but not for families or couples. It will helpful to give renters a description and photo of the facilities during bookings. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation. The only good thing about this facility is the restaurant. The services are good and the food is decent.

Cabins VERY small no amenities

With 4 adults the cabin was so small we had to leave our suitcases in the car as there wasn’t room for us and them in the room. Luckily you could park next to the cabin however our parking spot wasn’t wide enough to open the car doors so we had to unload and then park. Our best meal Of all our 3 inside the park accommodations but still overpriced for what you had. Big pile of buffalo poop right outside the door which made it a challenge in the dark to get to the dining hall. No inroom coffee. You had to go to the Maproom and purchase in the morning

Dissapointed in a cabin.

The pictures are very misleading, especially those of the cabins. Don’t trust those, they are not as nice as the pictures show you. We expected to have a hotel/lodge room. Instead we were in a cabin. No tv, tiny shower, tiny toilet. Dissapointing.

Amazing stay!

Tons of little extra touches! Bear shaped soap along with stuffed Buffalo in the room, lots of eco recycling options. Room key was wood. Water in the room was in metal cans so no plastics. Just a bunch of extra little touches. We had a fantastic chat around the campfire with smores. The staff that was managing that area was very knowledgeable and a joy to chat with. Everyone we interacted with on staff was truly happy to be there.

Excellent stay

Cannot recommend this place enough. Great stay. We had bull elk and female elk right there at the property during our stay. They roam the property and made our experience so much better. Restaurant had a lot of options. Food was delicious. Breakfast was great

We knew it would be small when we booked the cabin, but we had to use one of the beds for luggage and belongings. We requested daily housekeeping, but didn’t get it any of the three days we were there. The room was very dusty. I wish we had spent the extra money to stay in the hotel.

There was no bathroom in rooms. I wasn't aware of this. Middle of the night walks to get to a bathroom. LOVED the elks in the parking lot in the morning!!! One of my highlights!!!!

Stayed in an adorable little cabin with a bathroom sink. It was warm and cozy. It was a quick walk to the bathrooms and showers. Mostly quiet and enjoyed the map room with coffee in the mornings.

Mammoth was like a walk back in time, the old music playing in the glorious map room, the art work, pictures of the place from days gone by. The rooms were beautiful, big wide hallways and grand staircase. Bathrooms were so cool with the chrome hardware and ball and claw tub with black and white tile floors. Heard the elk bugling in the evening and walking around during the day..great stay. Hope to come back one day.

Cute little cabin

Cabin was very cute, clean, and quiet with a front porch. Walkable to many of the springs areas and close to dining options. No wifi at the cabin, but you can get wifi in the main hotel lobby which has lots of seating areas. Shared bathrooms were not fancy, but clean with private shower stalls and only a short walk from the cabin.
