Relaxing stay at the vines

This Best Western was very clean and comfortable! There was a nice patio area with pool & spa, and after our drive, the spa felt great! Customer service at the front desk was excellent, as was the service next door at the Huckleberry restaurant. Thankfully this hotel had an elevator as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hateful staff

This hotel was unwilling to change my reservation to a different date when one of my children got sick. The reservation I was trying to book for a different date was at a higher rate. I was willing to pay the difference. I was told absolutely not. When an agent from Hotels.com stepped in to help as well, and was met with the same rudeness and unprofessionalism. The agent at the front desk refused to give me the manager’s name. Avoid this place. You will be met with people who think their little bit of power and will try and take your money. I was forced to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Not the best service

The property is nice and comfortable but the service wasn't up to par. I was given a handicapped room without notification. I reserved 2 beds and was given a room with one. Since the additional person that was supposed to come with us didn't come, I didn't complain as one bed was enough. The issue started when my husband and I left early in the morning to take a walk and came back to the room before check out to get ready for the day, housekeeping was already there cleaning the room and didn't leave when we said we hadn't checked out yet. When I informed the front desk that we weren't ready to check out and housekeeping was in the room, she said "that happens sometimes". There was no apology or any offer to resolve the situation. When I reached to the General Manager to let them know what happened, I was told that if I left anything in the room they have a lost in found that anything that was left would be sent to. I understand that problems occur and can see why they want to to get a head start on cleaning a room but the response given to this complaint was unsatisfactory and I would be hesitant to use this hotel again based on their idea of resolution.

Great

Spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom was huge! Fridge and microwave as well as Keurig machine. Can drive closer to your room. Next door to a restaurant/diner. A little farther from downtown, so slightly cheaper, but no more than a 7 min drive from most things. There was a pool on the map but didn't see or use it.

The place was very convenient when you want to explore Napa. Food chains are nearby too. Our room was clean as well. It’s not that big of a deal, but I had to ask for an extra pillow because the ones that they have are soft but too thin for me. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.
