This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2.5 stars. I don't understand why the hotel still has to be advertised as a 4-star hotel. There would be better reviews if the rating was directly 3 stars.
In the hotel and outside areas, a lot of wear and tear, shabbyness and old stubborn dirt. The sunbeds in the pool area are dirty (stained) and some broken. The music in the pool area is also way too loud. These made it uncomfortable even though the room was clean. The pillows in the room are lumpy and the toilet works so and so. In the room there are unfinished building fixtures and the refrigerator door needs fixing.
Good things: Nice staff, good breakfast, sometimes dinner was also good, especially Mexican night menu and Chicken fajita. Close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants and a bus stop, from which you can easily get to Ayia Napa for €1.50/adult.
