The cabin was great!! Loved the quiet area and it was close to gas and convenience store and restaurants. The only minor issue was the in room coffee maker. There were some huge coffee filters that didn’t seem to be designed for the small coffee maker. I was hesitant to fill them with coffee grounds and then fold it up to fit. I was afraid that the bundle of the filter and coffee grounds would make a mess. Also, if it had worked, I would have had to drink the coffee out of the pot since no cups were provided. Luckily there was a coffee shop about a minute away by car. I would definitely stay there again.

Great getaway
My husband and I were on a mini-vacation to Bryce Canyon and stayed 2 nights in the cabin. What a pleasant surprise! The room was clean, the bed soft, but supportive, the best water pressure in the shower that we've probably ever experienced! The only "minus" in our stay was we couldn't get the TV to lower the volume. But that was a very minor inconvenience! We highly recommend staying here!

Bryce cabin
Cabins are cute and well appointed. Bed comfort was so-so. Microwave and fridge were appreciated. Shower pressure and temp control was good. We liked the privacy of individual units. Upon entering the unit we were hit with a strong, nauseating smell of pine; not ckeaning pine but masking up something else pine. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes and socks and the carpet was nasty under my feet. Bring slippers. The electronic lock did not work- someone was going to replace the batteries but that didn't happen.

Rustic but good
Comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The heater was very loud and right by the bed so it was hard to find a comfortable temperature, especially since the blanket was thin. I would have been happy to have the temperature low and a more heft blanket in the winter. Also, the toilet was wobbly and there was some dust and cobwebs. A little rustic but overall good.

Great Weekend Getaway
Super cute cabins. Easy to find. I loved the information they sent beforehand about local restaurants and directions.

2/10 Poor

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, making check-in a frustrating ordeal. We were extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this place. Upon arrival, we were provided with an incorrect entry code for our room, which left us unable to access it. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, we were unable to get timely assistance from the staff. As a result, we were forced to book a different hotel at the last minute, causing significant inconvenience and additional expenses. We hope this feedback helps improve your processes to prevent similar situations for future guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money, and I regret staying here. Avoid at all costs!

Very cozy cabins!
Stopped here for a night after exploring Bryce Canyon National Park. Perfect accomodations - no complaints at all! Nice views around the cabins, privacy, quiet area. Comfy beds, nice shower and TV, coffee maker.. all the good things. Did not have to interact with anyone as there's no front desk. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay
Loved this cute little cabin. It had the convenience and confort of a hotel without the having to walk stairs of use and elevator to get to your room. You park right across from your cabin so very convenient to move your luggage into the cabin. We walked the one block down and one block up to the main street to go to the restaurants and grocery shopping. On the property, there was no personnel interaction with the staff other than through email to go over procedures for the room. They do have a number to talk to someone if necessary.
