This is kind of a mixed review. I looked at different reviews and they actually seem pretty spot on about this hotel and the service. Most people commented that the rooms were nice and the pool was very nice as well. This definitely seem to be true, where the reviews went a little south was the service And the front desk people which is also seem to be true. I was created at the front desk by the stopwatch or friendly, I explained it was my first time here, and I was very excited to try a new hotel in Palm Springs. I wasn’t a fan that you had to use a long code to get into the hotel room every day or every time you went in which seem to be kind of a hassle having to bring your phone with you everywhere you go just to remember the code. also, there were no towels at the pool. I had a surge both pools and finally go to the front desk and they commented they’re in your room. Which would’ve been fine if they actually explained that to you while checking in. One thing that was very interesting to me was there were no phones in the hotel room itself so when I wanted to call the front desk to find out what the Wi-Fi password is or about the towels, I had to call on my cell phone. I do agree it’s a nice and new upcoming property. I just feel that the front desk should be a lot more willing to give you all those details about the room and the towel and even the Wi-Fi password. I just feel more information should be given to you as a first time guest.

Not every room looks like the photos :)
Upon arrival was initially place in room 423 and the room was horrible. It was nothing like the photos, small, darkly lit, and looked a bit worn down and the closet could only fit clothing to hang shirts, no dress or pant length items. The pool area on this side was completely desolate and the surrounding rooms were empty as well. I had noticed there was a different pool area near the check-in, so I went there to look around. It was a completely different vibe, bar was open, adults were having fun. I asked the bar tender what the difference was between the two areas and he said “oh, that area you’re in is the kids area.” I went to the front desk and asked why I was placed in the kids area and the lady said the computer auto picks a room for guests. I asked for a room on the adults side, with the adult pool area, and she was kind enough to give me the room that did look like the room in the photo. This room was very different, it had a lot of sunlight, Fiji waters, higher end amenities, adult closets! The difference overall was very noticeable. Bottom-line: I paid for three nights, I am glad I took the extra step to ensure I got what I paid for, I suggest you do the same to make your stay worth it.

Not sure if we'll go back
We have stayed here several times. It has become our go-to. We really like thier outdoor areas. It's why we choose this hotel. EXCEPT- the last TWO times haven't been great. It seems the staff at the desk lied about the firepit not working. The first of those times they said they couldn't light it because it had rained earlier in the day and it "was electricity" (rain stopped hours before). Thought it was a fluke. The next time, 2 weeks later, the same girl said that "they ran out of gas for it". When we asked the workers at the restaurant, they said that wasn't true. It has a natural gas line. The next morning at 9am, the firepit was on and burning fine. The reason we chose this place was for the firepit and pools. Two or three of us go to PS twice a month. We aren't loud partiers, we hang out and lounge, day and night. There are too many other places to stay that have great outdoor areas aren't untruthful. Not sure if we'll stay here again. The last two times were very disappointing. We picked this place specifically for the firepit in the evenings, and apparently, it doesn't work at night.

View with Noise
It was a one-night stay, a little pool time, and off to dinner, then sleep. The pool furniture is torn and worn on too many pieces of furniture. I asked for a top-floor room and was given one. The place was practically empty because it was a Monday night. After getting home from dinner, the noise level coming from outside was loud. The front desk placed us right next to the pool equipment, which runs all night! Out of all the places to place a guest in an empty motel, that's where she placed us.

My solo trip
I’ve been going to this hotel for 3 years and loved each visit. Unfortunately this time it wasn’t as great as before, disappointed by a few things. The 21+ pool area pool was not heated the entire time I was there (Monday thru Friday). Noticed some areas of the pool/hot tub weren’t fully cleaned, and didn’t get enough towels.

This is a motel property with motel rooms. We had a “premium” room and I’m not sure what was premium about it. Lovely view of the pool but it was cold so no one was using it which was probably a good thing. Lots of noise (housekeeping, trash pick up, etc) in the early morning. Front desk staff were fine but not welcoming or friendly. Expensive for what it was.
