Very strange bathroom!!
Given its a budget hotel expectations weren't high but upon arrival there were chicken wings litters the 4th floor and bits of paper. Bedroom was basic as expected but the sink is in the bedroom along with the shower cubicle. The toilet is separate but there is a gap at the too & bottom so you need to be on really good terms with the person your sharing the twin room with.

Although it is a budget stay from IBIS, but the room was too small with no proper ventilation. The breakfast is a rip off where you only get bread, butter, juice, jam and croissant. No prompt service in filling the items up when it is replenished. Staff members are cold and not at all welcoming or even have the courtesy to act like the way it is done hospitality industry. With this price point, one can get a good hotel stay elsewhere in Europe. Not worth the money.

Beware of the smell of urine from the rooms
The smell from the room was horrible. The smell of urine was over powering. I really wished I had read the reviews 1st I would of booked elsewhere. The night porter staff are big ego bullies. Proper rude and threatening. I seen them being horrible and rude to a group of women aswell. I seen on other reviews it seems to be common. Its a city center budget hotel Im fully aware but how it got 3 stars baffles . Ruined my stay in Belfast.
