Unobstructed Mt Fuji views from every room, spacious rooms plus huge living area, heated bathroom (and even that has the Mt Fuji view!), quiet surroundings, friendly host... you just can't ask for more!

Mikiko-san and her sister are two of the genuinely nicest people you will ever meet. They go out of their way to treat you like family, and I'm already sad that I had to go. If you are considering Ururun you should not even think twice about it. This is such a great place. Make sure you do your research on the Red Line Sightseeing Bus. That will help you travel to and from your Fuji excursions back home to Ururun. Words cannot express how much I liked this experience and place! I would rate it 11 out of 10 if I could. Thank you Mikiko san! And also thanks to your sister! You made me feel like I was at home with close family. I hope you both stay healthy, happy and prosperous! Please keep in touch :)

An awesome place to stay if you are wanting to tour around the Fuji area. The property is well maintained and the owners are extremely kind to the guests. They also have bikes available for touring around. Would definitely stay here again!

Just wonderful owners who make you feel very welcome. Everything about the villa made us feel at home, especially having our own kitchen. We visit family frequently in Japan & it was the best holiday spot to relax after a busy year. We would love to return soon.

Owner is very active and friendly. She showed me how to use her place. The Fuji view from living room on the second floor is very stunning. Fortunately, there was cherry blossom festival not far from this house. Very recommend to stay at this place.

It was a good stay overall. The place is quiet, clean and provided all you would needed during the stay. The owners of the villa are pleasant and helpful. If I may, a suggestion to make it perfect. Since there is no food provided, it was nice to bring us to the supermarket to buy our food. The 30 minutes marketing time is a little rush. Extend to 45-60 mins woukd be nice thought not a must.

We stayed in a 2 stories villa in the front row with stunning view of the Mt Fuji. The check in was friendly and very fast. A detailed walk through the facility in the house was helpful. The house is very spacious . 5 minutes walk to the lake, we were lucky to see the beautiful reflection of Mt Fuji early in the morning. It would be a great experience to have BBQ in the garden in summer . We enjoyed our stay.

Everything is excellent for Ururun Kawaguchi. Fantastic view of waking up to see Mt Fuji right before us. The property is spacious. The living room a great place for family to dine, with a beautiful natural wood long table and sitting on floor Japanese style. The bedroom for sleeping in japanese style. The mattress and blanket are very comfortable. The family running it are very friendly and helpful, offering to fetch us from station and to the station. It at the rural, they fetch us to supermarket to get the necessary to cook. The kitchen and rooms are very clean. There are eateries at walking distance. But do check time of closing. An excellent property and owners.
