Very large (actually, huge) room and nice balcony with sweeping views. Those are the positive elements. The rest was rather disappointing and I sincerely do not understand how this hotel got four star rating. It was the first time since long that I have seen so little effort in cleanliness in a hotel of this standard - some of the kitchen appliances were seriously dirty (covered in grease and stained) and the carpet in the hallway of my floor was littered with crumbs which were not removed during my two nights stay. Staff was friendly but not exactly forthcoming or efficient, rather seemed like students doing this as a side job - again, thry were _nice_ but not hotel professionals. Sound isolation was poor (strange for such a recent building and for such large rooms) and the shower was sub par - again, even more disappointing when you consider the building is a new build. And then there was the mediocre wifi, too. So it's really nice they point out the fact that there is a "really great" in house pizzeria, but this is generally not what you go to a hotel for. The Jazz Corner is actually more of a collection of serviced apartments than a real hotel. All in all, not an awful experience, but definitely not a place I'd stay at again.
