Reception staff need to learn how to use their computer programs. We were told we had not paid for our 4 night stay. This is an interesting hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. It had an excellent kitchen and was very well lit. However, the light switches weren't near the bed. In order to plug in my computer, I had to move a table and chairs. The jazz club in the basement: Bird's Basement made up for any other issues.
