Looks great and was impressed with the room. Plus the bed was really comfy and I slept well. The breakfast was great too.
My only issue, which is a big one, was the lady who runs it.
I found her frosty from the outset and she took an issue with my dog greeting hers. If you have a dog that doesn’t like other dogs, then don’t let it into an area where it’s visible.
Just to smooth things over for my stay, I thought I’d apologise for letting my dog greet hers.
And I didn’t think I’ve ever seen someone accept an apology so badly. If it had been the response from another guest I wouldn’t have been impressed - never mind the proprietor!

Required a place to stay the night that was close enough to the business that I had to do in Canterbury. Safe to say this place is great Vicky was very nice and when me and my partner required to check in before time to drop off luggage she went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated, it is located very well close by all your main interest points and unfortunately I woke up with a bad stomach so didn’t have the chance to give it good try unfortunately but based on everything else I can bet that breakfast is top tier.
No faults
We were very happy with our stay. Vicky was so personable and quite helpful with local information. The house is charming and spotlessly clean. The room was well stocked and the bed comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and served in the most pleasant room.

I only stayed one night but the owner was very friendly and helpful. She gave ma some good advice on bus services to get to the county cricket ground. Room was very good with more than adequate space and facilities. Lacked a wardrobe but that was not a problem for one night. Breakfast was excellent and indeed better than a hotel at twice the price that I stayed in earlier in the week

Top notch B&B! We travel a lot, and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Amazing staff, excellent breakfast, huge room, with lots of nice amenities. Easily walkable to old tow Canterbury and Cathedral, as well as a drive day trip to Dover and White Cliffs. Enjoyed very much and highly recommend!

This is great place with a pretty garden. Limited parking straight outside and a short walk into town. It looks newly refurbished and tastefully so. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I stayed during a very hot week and they had left a mobile AC unit in the room so it was no problem. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was cooked to order. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
