I don't know if it is a new trend, but the rooms did not have microwaves or coffee pots. I want coffee when I wake up, I don't want to get dressed and try and get coffee with 100 people in the lobby. I also don't want to go to the lobby to heat up food or water for tea.

I was in room 202. When the people above me flushed the toilet. It sounded like it was in my room. Obviously there was no insulation in the wall, or around the pipe. You should check it out. So you can hear it. Very bad.

Service was amazing! Checking in and out was a breeze, all the employees were super helpful and friendly! Rooms were a tad smaller than a traditional hotel, but had everything in it that you need - comfortable bed, pillows, shower, bathroom, etc. Getting in and out of the parking lot and area was also very easy, and would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone in the area! The pool table, gym, and pool on the main floor were all very nice as well!

All good but checking in the employee was rude. We brought our dog which was the reason we booked at this hotel. He is groomed, well behaved, 10 pounds and not a barker. I did not appreciate the questioning and reminder that we COULD NOT leave the dog alo e in the room or he would be sent to the pound! We will not be back to this property.

We enjoyed our first stay at a Tru by Hilton. The breakfast was decent, pool was great and fully stocked with clean towels, loved the hydration station! The staff was friendly and the lobby is a great place to hang out, they even have a bunch of games to play! The only negative was the hotel is loud...not with people but like thin walls. I heard every toilet flush, every shower turn on, every tv etc... definitely bring a white noise machine with you!
