Had two rooms, a king with pull out couch and a double queen. Check in was a breeze, quick and simple. The rooms not so great, stains on the wall and ceilings appeared like spilled liquids, maybe a child threw slime to the ceiling and it stuck, holes in the wall, many stains throughout the entire room. The pull out couch was very dirty and filthy, didn’t even sit on it. Both bathrooms had hair so maybe never thoroughly cleaned. Towels had yellow stains. I ended buying some comet and towels so I can clean the bathroom and the towels for my family to use. Staff were hard to identify from regular people staying at the hotel as no one is in uniform. The housekeeper was wearing flip flops and hoodie, did not feel safe allowing him to clean our room so we opted out granted we didn’t need anything anyway. We left the hotel at 9:30am, came back around 4pm he was still on the same floor. The rooms had a weird smell but it was bearable, maybe due to the rooms not being aired out prior to check in as the ac was off upon us entering and once we powered it on it helped a lot. Breakfast finished at its exact time, so by 9am the door was closed. Finished items were never replaced, worst continental breakfast I have ever experienced. Most hotels leave the fruits out throughout the day, didn’t even get that granted they only offered apples. The pet fee was reasonable, $25/night.
