Made a reservation through Expedia, and paid in full and paid for a taxi ride. BUT The key was not in the lock box as noted in the confirmation email… I could not believe it… when we arrived in the middle of the night we could not enter the loft , so with three children we had to sit on the stairs outside at 2am, were forced to book the most expensive hotel instead and new taxi ride , and went to bed at 3 o’clock in the morning, angry and Exhausted after full day off, walking through airport and multiple flights , not as advertised!!!! and Owner did not care even after talking to us on the phone - He simply stated he does not have a key to his own property, he just did not want to make a trip to fulfill his rental obligation. Stay away from this property if you can.
