While the overall quality and cleanliness was as okay-ish expected, we had quite the unpleasant run-in with this hotels owner.
When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised when the employee told us that there will be a breakfast buffet included in the price. We made sure to ask the employee again, who did tell us that the buffet will be included, which we thought may be a change in terms we were very happy about.
This happiness lasted until we checked out with the owner the next morning. She let us know that breakfast will be charged extra, which we did not expect. When we told her that we were promised differently the precious night, she told us that "it is not her fault her employees are incompetent" (it is...) and literally screamed at us that we should've known this. We ended up paying as she made quite the scene in front of numerous people and left our party quite upset.
Other relevant things to know are that the mattresses are pretty narrow and soft, there is no A/C (only a radiator that is deactivated in the summer, even though it was only 14C/58F that day), and poor Wi-fi (we had to use our mobile data to get a proper signal).
Overall, I would not recommend this accomodation. While the room quality was only slightly below average, the catastrophic interaction with the owner left our family quite distressed.
