If you want comfort, don't go there
The room was comfortable enough but I was really disappointed with Hotels.com, they made me pay a price that wasn't that of the room, as per the bill shown by reception. I paid way more that I should have, and that is on top of having a very poor choice of food for breakfast, only sweets, in a different location than the hotel where there isn't any room to sit since there are so many customers. So I had to bring the food back to my room, in a yet different location from reception, where they don't have a bathroom for clients. The doors were barely closing, and the cleaners would not air the room, which was clear from the smell when I got back. Also the rooms aren't soundproof at all and people would come at all hours of the morning delivering large bag items in the hallway which was very unpractical whenever I'd want to go out in the morning. Needless to say it was one of my worst hotel experiences.
