Cozy stay for wine tasting
We had a wonderful stay at High Ridge Manor. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room was lovely; very spacious and comfortable. It had a gas fireplace and space heater, which provided plenty of warmth. Lisa, the property manager, was amazing. She greeted us when we arrived, and had snacks and wine waiting. Breakfast was provided, and Lisa made something different each morning. All of it was delicious and a hearty start before heading out for wine tasting. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool or outdoor areas, but they looked relaxing. The house is about a 15 minute drive from downtown and close to plenty of wineries. I would definitely come here again; we enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s a gorgeous view, beautiful B&B, decorated in perfect taste. Not ostentatious, but filled with unique details and charm. But the real prize is Sean. His food was delicious. He’s bright, personable, at ease in every conversation. He really made the whole experience perfect.

Beautiful View
What a lovely surprise. Walking into the home immediately became our personal retreat and stunning views! So peaceful and beautiful. Our rooms were large with our own modern bathrooms in each room and a jacuzzi tub. Walked out to a small private patio too, but honestly, we hung out in the large open kitchen talked with staff and other visitors. Truly a pleasant stay.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Paso Robles
Amazing property with fabulous balcony overlooking the central valley with hill in the background. We arrived late and after a mix up checking in with a UK mobile phone seemingly unable to connect we got in and we’re really impressed by the level of detail. The bathroom was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and the whole property is so quiet and peaceful. Then in the morning Lisa made us a great breakfast which we enjoyed outside overlooking the beautiful garden and pool.

The property and surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Felt like a little slice of Tuscany. The house/pool were slightly worn, but perfectly acceptable regardless. The bed was very comfortable and pretty (traditional style so a bit outdated, but appropriately fit the surroundings). Loved having the in-room Jacuzzi. Quiet and tranquil. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and it was nice gathering and talking with the other guests. We would come back for sure!

Horrible, Avoid at all cost
Hotel's location id great. Good part ends here. Room was dingy, small and bed was creaking. Could not sleep at all . There were no side tables. Room will not lock due to some Vague english locks. I have stayed at over 500 plus hotels in my lifetime but this was perhaps in the bottom 5. Owner of the hotel is a fine gentleman though.
