"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"Perfect for families of 4 or 5! Even though the space was on the smaller side, it was incredibly efficient and had absolutely everything we needed. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a lifesaver, and the small living area/kitchen was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around whether you are traveling with a car or without one. Highly recommend"

"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room. "We stayed here twice, once before our ski trip and again after returning to Santiago, and had a very good experience both times. The location is very convenient, right in the city, and the indoor parking garage was especially useful for us. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the room was very comfortable. We also really appreciated having a kitchen in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient, and we could easily order food and have it delivered to the room. The prices were also quite reasonable. For us, it was the perfect place to stay for a night before and after skiing—comfortable, practical, and very convenient. Definitely recommended!"

"I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc."
