"hotel was super clean!!! Nice accommodations with lovely view.
Enjoyed our couple nights. Bed was comfortable
Staff was engaging & friendly and very helpful
Would stay again & would recommend this spot to friends and family!!!
Excellent stay 5 stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"The location could not have been better. Our lovely rooms were in the waterfront building. It was a short 10 yards walk across the grass to the lake from our patio door. Curious and hungry ducks came right up to our patio door.
The views of Mirror Lake had many moods from sunrise to sunset. Beautiful and peaceful. Outdoor pool was also close. Rooms were clean, quiet, and service excellent. I would recommend adding a microwave to the rooms. When one of our party became ill, the management sent us a microwave for her to warm soup, etc in her room.
Three of us were 80 or above with some physical limitations. Even though there were no elevators in this building, the staff was most helpful in carrying our bags to and from the nearby hotel parking lot. They even brought us a small table for cards in our room. The entire staff was most professional, courteous and helpful over and above the norm. If possible, I would recommend adding an indoor or outdoor elevator.
One problem we encountered was the arm on the secure parking lot gate coming down too soon on our car and doing a bit of damage. The staff was helpful in assisting us with this complaint .
The location was right at the beginning of the wonderful shopping and dining street of Mirror Lake. The main building was beautifully appointed as well as our comfortable rooms.
We four are recommending High Peaks to all of our friends and family. I can't imagine it being any better than coming mid Oct "
"I was here for just one night. My room was great although there was construction pretty much right in front of my view of the lake. No one was working but still hindered the view. Bed was comfy and lots of space in the room. "

10/10 Excellent
"This is an older property well maintained. You can feel the history in its building. The room I had was a double queen and had a sitting room. It's nice not to have to sit on your bed to watch tv. There was a tv in both the sitting room and the bedroom.
The bathroom was very lux. High end finishes.
The beds were comfortable with FULL SIZE pillows. Much appreciated.
Am planning on returning soon."
