Stayed for my 10 day quarantine.rooms were clean and staff were very professional .communications were top notch and offset the stress of travelling in these pandemic times.especial mention to mam Chey and Alan for the excellent service.recommended this place to my friends and family for future stay.suggestion is to upsize the free water to 1 liter/day per person.

The room itself isn’t bad! But be prepare to get charged extra on anything you asks for if you choose to stay this service apartment. If you are thinking of doing quarantine, be prepared to receive overly priced meals and don’t expect to get the value for your buck! Also very disatisfied on how they handled check-out. Still don’t understand why a guest had to wait for almost an hour to get escorded for a check-out! Very poor on that end. Especially when the guest was already locked up in the room for a few days. My overall experience is OK but I would recommend other facilities before going to this one.

I like my room because it's just the right size for me. It's clean and I have a big window. Staffs are accommodating. What I don't like is not having a choice in ordering your food when it's a set. With 3 meals with side a day is P900 not bad but serving is small although you can order what you want to eat fr. the same place servicing the hotel but it gets really pricey for 1 meal about P1200 to 1600. I think it's a little bit much for 10 days quarantine. But otherwise the stay was satisfactory.

Very comfortable and clean. The staff was ver accommodating. I came from the US and stayed here for a few days as part of the Philippine government’s required quarantine period. The staff made me feel safe. I can’t thank them enough. They walked me through every step of the process. They arranged my transportation and final swab test so I can go and see my family. The food was good as well!
