호텔에서 푸동공항까지의 무료셔틀(공항에서는 모름). 호텔인지 모를뻔한 위치와 주변환경, 출입문,정확한 위치는 비엔나 호텔 맞은편 대로변길에 있는데 출입구 잘 찾아야합니다 식당입구 인줄 알았어요..ㅠㅠ 오래된건물이라 상태는....ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 직원들은 친절하고 따듯한물은 잘나오지만..

Entry looked like we were in a market little English spoken. Far from any tourist opportunities. Toilet backed up. Beds not very comfortable. Thin panes windows let in street noise. Like a hostel. Why call it luxury? Had to walk three blocks to find an ATM after asking at another hotel where to find it. Take this place off your list

無料送迎バスに関する情報がありましたが、どこでどのようにピックアップされるのかの情報がなかったので、私は事前に英語で、ホテルにメールを送っておきましたが、回答がなく、不安に思いました。現地に着いてから、インフォメーションで、聞くと、ホテルに自分で連絡してくださいとの事だったので、すぐ横に電話サービスがあり、電話して聞いてもらったところ、３階の５番ゲートに行くように言われ、乗せてもらえたので良かったです。

The hotel is not for foreigners, I think. It was so hard to find the bus from airport to the hotel without Chinese. The hotel staff told me to came to the reception desk at 5:50 in the morning to go to the airport but an old lady knocked my door strongly at 5:30 and said something in Chinese very loudly. I did not understand what she said and very scared, but probably she came to my room to tell the bus had come. Anyway, it was so scared stranger visit my room such a strong way. I do not recommend this hotel who do not understand Chinese like me.

호텔에서 결제로 선택을 하고갔는데 예약내역이 없더라고요. 근데 그냥 있는대로 예약내역 보여주고 결제하긴 했는데 중국어 못하시면 좀 고생하실 듯 합니다. 아침에 출발하는 셔틀버스는 나름 만족했습니다. 이불에 뭐가 조그마하게 묻어있긴했는데 바꿔달라고 하기 귀찮아서 안바꿨어요. 생각보다 가까운 지하철역이랑 거리가 멀어서 버스를 타거나, 역앞에서 내리면 택시기사님들있는데 그분들이랑 쇼부쳐야합니다. 절대로 달라는대로 다 주지마시고 거리계산해서 +3원내지 +5원정도의 선에서 주시면 될듯 합니다.(낮에는 버스타시고 짐이 많거나 밤에는 택시밖에 답이없어요.)
숙소앞에 먹을데는 정말 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 파키스탄 아저씨가 하는 양꼬치집있는데 나름 먹을만 해요!

This is not a luxury hotel; It is a 2 star motel. But the woman at the front desk was quite nice and helpful. The owner does not seem to care about amenities. There is no Western food either in this hotel or in the surrounding area.
