I booked an executive suite with a city view. The view was amazing. I was severely uncomfortable because the room was extremely hot. The vent was in the living area and not the bedroom which cause the bedroom to be extremely hot the entire night even with the temperature at the lowest setting. We had to sleep in the living room on the sofa just to not be hot and get air. I paid two much money for the suite only to be severely hot and uncomfortable.

The building is very poorly designed an inconvenient to navigate. Room rates are twice what I typically pay for equivalent rooms at the Hilton and Marriott. This may be due to the French Quarter Festival, however, rates were excessive!
