Room was clean,fridge was super cold,beds were not terrible,pool has no rails by the steps so a lil dangerous but the pool area and patio was super nice. It's not a bright colorful hotel so prob why it was not over booked or crowded. It's nicer inside than the outside for sure. Breakfast was ready daily the breakfast lady attendant was rude and mouthy one day. But the hotel was over all a great spot.

Generally speaking, the property was clean and organized. However, the room was a wee bit stuffy. The cafeteria manager was a wee bit stuffy as well, not very warm or welcoming. She was the women, who seemed to be in charge and she was not very hospitable to families. She overreacted and seemed agitated when asked questions about food-items.

Clean rooms. The pool and courtyard were amazing and the fire pit was a great place to meet other people passing through. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay and great location. The number one thing about our stay though was the staff!! I have never stayed somewhere where the staff go above and beyond to accommodate. My daughter became ill while we were staying there and we ended up needing to stay and extra night. The staff not only helped us with getting rooms but they kept us in the same rooms so my daughter would not have to move around. Housekeeping was very helpful with getting us what we needed for her room and to help make her comfortable and the hotel is not far from Trader Joe’s and Walgreens for food and medicine. While it was not the ideal situation being sick on vacation the staff made it much better!
