A fine place to stay
The first room we checked into had curtains that looked as if a cat had tried to climb them. They were very torn up. So we asked if any other rooms were available and they switched us to a different room. Some rooms at this hotel face the parking lot and others face the courtyard and pool area. I was happy to end up facing the courtyard. The breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot of extra space with the two queen beds. The staff was helpful if we needed something but not very friendly.

Not A Good Choice For Us
This is just a junky little motel with old, dirty rooms in need of updating and repair and unfriendly staff. Our bed was broken, so we had to be moved to another room. The pictures on Hotels.com do not accurately represent what you will be getting here. Luckily, we didn’t need to be in our room for very long, so it worked for our needs, we just didn’t like it. Just be prepared. However, the Chinese restaurant at the property was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and generous and far exceeded our expectations… and the food was great. Though we would never stay at this motel again because it is clearly not the Ramada/Wyndham quality we thought we were getting, we would like to eat at the restaurant again. We just wish it was located elsewhere.

The rating on this hotel is false. The lobby is nice and they have continental breakfast but the rooms are hella old and run down. more like a motel than a nice hotel. our bathroom had alot of moisture damage and no fan. TV was tiny. i would only give it 3 stars

Bad service!!!
My room had a bad smell to it. The room phone didn’t work. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk. The TV in my room didn’t work. The coffee maker was broken. I called the front desk to replace the broken coffee maker in my room. They never came to replace it. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot drinking & making a lot of noise. Overall i was very disappointed.

Although this hotel is convenient for going to Levi’s stadium, it definitely needs some updating. The lobby is deceiving as it is fresh and new, but the rooms themselves are morel style and have old stained carpets throughout, drab curtains, holes in the walls, suspicious red marks in the bathroom and poor cleaning services. Rooms were not tidied daily unless it was asked for. Breakfast was included, but it was the same powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes (if they didn’t run out of them), mini muffins and yogurt everyday. Coffee was a plus, it was quite good. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for.
