What an outstanding team! My flight was delayed until midnight and Eli and the night security guard were so helpful in getting me from the airport to the hotel! My horrible travel day was rescued by 2 caring men. The next morning was just as wonderful as Roger was quick to return me to the airport to pick up my rental car. Thankful for a quick but feeling safe visit!

Good value. Rooms are in good condition, older property, little tired. If you use an exercise facility, this is not the lace for you. Exercise room is old, minimal equipment and some equipment is not functional.

8/10 Very good

Obviously the waterside is the star of the show here. Otherwise clean and comfortable hotel. The size of the complex was surprising. Interesting how the buildings connected. Small but functional workout room. Huge pool. Pool and cotton are in a separate room from the pirate ship and waterside kid area. Very nice outdoor area for sitting or taking your pets out. Surprised and disappointed there was no breakfast being a Best Western. Wish there was full size shampoo etc in bath. Because it is such a huge place we were far from the front desk and 1 tiny bottle in the room wasn't enough for a family of 3 when 1 person has really long hair. Walk out patios were nice, too.

I like the suites and the pool. When I want extra pillows, blankets and sheets, I usually have to walk the maze to get them.

Water park is made for little kids and had poop in it. Hall way was wet and slippery from pool area. Room smelled like a surgical room but was way too strong and never went away. Good location though
