Room: top, very quiet (4th and last floor) - I asked for a quiet room and the front desk lady gave me this one, thank you !
Nevertheless: the heating system was not working at all, and the water for the shower was not hot at the morning :-(
About the restaurant : service was awfull: very slow and they gave me the wrong meal...

Loved our stay. Very quiet hotel area. Check in was seamless, rooms are good with comfortable beds, coffee machine along with tea kettle & tea. Loved the breakfast as it had a great variety. Very close to central area & very accessible with car or by foot. Lots of underground parking

The location is great, about 10 min walk from the train station. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. However, the front desk is not very nice.

Comfortable stay
Our family of four stayed just one night in this hotel before continuing our holiday, travelling through Germany. We found it very comfortable sharing a room together and enjoyed a lovely breakfast with great choices.
We all enjoyed a swim in the pool before continuing our journey.

We’ve stayed here many times over 10 years. Some of the furnishings are looking a bit worn, but all is clean. Bathroom is very clean. Linens and bedding are fresh. Breakfast buffet remains high quality. Staff informative and helpful.

Great staff and lovely hotel!
We had a great stay with such friendly and helpful people. They went out of their way to make sure that our room was ready early, which was so kind. We needed it early to make it to a wedding. Very professional and nice. It's within walking distance from the train station and downtown. We loved their pool/sauna area. Our only mild complaint was that the pool is quite small and the hot tub was not working. We would still highly recommend Novotel!

We’d stay here again
We really liked the location of this hotel because it put us super close to the Altstadt. The rooms were well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was a little higher than average but worth the money. The front desk gave Origami packs to our kids.
