Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg.

Good but with weak and noexistent room cleaning.
Very friendly staff. Near tram to centre city. Good breakfast, with a modest menu.
Room cleaning was almost zero. We had to ask for change of towels and for roll of toilet paper. When cleaning service was asked they merely changed towels and did nothing else such as empty bins or make beds or clean bathroom. Nothing done with the excuse they were making contribution to saving the planet.

There was a lot of construction in the area which made it hard to get to the hotel. The room was okay but very small. For what we paid I would say it was a good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Um 13 Uhr war noch kein Check in möglich.
Zimmer sehr einfach aber sauber und gepflegt. Deutsch Kenntnisse waren eher schwierig bei einem Teil des Personal. Vom Bahnhof innerhalb 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Hotel war super nachhaltig. Es ist in der Innenstadt, aber ruhig gelegen. Gute Verbindungen überall hin. In die Altstadt dauert es ungefähr eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß. Bis zum Schloss eine dreiviertel Stunde, aber auf dem Weg dahin kann man viele schöne Altbauten der Altstadt bewundern. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch überein.
