love all of your hotels. I was at the end of the hall. The shower took some time to get hot. The staff were kind and acknowledged it and said it was a known issue.

When I checked in there was not the room I booked. I booked a particular room that included a tub, the reason I chose the hotel in the first place. I also learned that there was not heating system and the restaurant was not available. I also feel hotel staff need to be conscious about asking women out loud if they are staying alone. In any case, the hotel desk manager did offer to move me the next day which I declined and they did bring me up a small space heater. The walls are due for a wiping down. There was a lot of dust on the walls which shocked me. I feel the space I occupied was very dated. Otherwise, the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.

I always use the laundry bags. But they didn't have any. The refrigerator didn't work at all, plus no freezing section. They do have neatly packed bags of ice in the hallway. I also missed having a microwave. It was pleasant to look out over the Willamette river. Nice touches that I didn't actually try were the free drink and the robe. The staff were super friendly. I was able to park before check in and pick it up well after check out (yes there's a $25 day fee for parking). There was also a resort fee that I didn't know about at booking. Not sure where the resort was - it was just a hotel.

We had to book our stay last minute due to a family emergency. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful for us because it was so last-minute we ended up bringing all the dogs and this place is fantastic. They take pet friendly to a whole other level. Their stuff went out of their way to help us during our difficult time and we could not be more appreciative.

I’m a condo person and rarely stay in hotels. However, I needed to be downtown for just one night. The location was perfect. We had a room with a view of the waterfront. The vibe at the hotel was easy going and relaxed. The staff was welcoming and very helpful.
