Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 December - 6 January, EUR 2.25 per person, per night, up to 11 nights, and EUR 1.50 thereafter, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 7 January - 14 April, EUR 0.75 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 April - 14 July, EUR 2.25 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 July - 31 August, EUR 3.00 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 15 October, EUR 2.25 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 October - 30 November, EUR 0.75 per person, per night, up to 20 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

Children & extra beds

• Babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Cribs/infant beds are available for EUR 15 per night
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 15 per night
• Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve cribs/infant beds and rollaway/extra beds
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per stay
