So nice and close to the beach

Our stay was great. We got to the hotel before check in and asked if early check in was available. The front desk was so nice about it and our room was ready so we checked in early. Everything was clean and ready to go. The view from our balcony was nice as well. The walk to the beach was so short it truly was so convenient. I fully enjoyed my stay at the Sandcastle hotel.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

Overpriced for a basic room. Registration team not friendly and check in was not able to be done early according to the staff. Outdoor patio shown on website is open to the public so there was no seating. Overpriced definitely underwhelming.

Five stars!

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach,although it was super windy and cold we made the best of it on the third floor with a firepit,drinks and it was so much warmer with enclosed glass. Stayed out there three days and everything was so walkable. The staff was sooo hands down making sure ur stay is safe and comfortable we had a flat tire and the my right away notified us to let us know that we had a flat on the passenger side luckily there was an automotive place couple blocks away and they too were kind and quick to get things fixed so we could continue our vacation. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome ocean view

My wife and I have been to Pismo beach before but she always wanted to stay here so we splurged and got the suite with the ocean view balcony. View was awesome. The cafe in the hotel is great and the 2 fire pit lounge areas are great. I enjoyed that the hotel provides lawn chairs and sand toys for us to borrow for the beach. Will definitely stay here next time.

The gotel was nice but the room and the ocean view waa not worth the money. I wouldnt recommend the bottom floor to anyone. It was noisy and people were juat blocking your view.
