Worst hotel experience ever! Never again.
I checked in last night at 12 AM and got to bed at 1:30 AM after a long flight. Around 3 am all the lights and the TV turned on and the phone rang and woke us up. It happened four times and it made it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk at 4 AM and they said they would stop doing it. I finally went to sleep around 5:30 AM. When we took a shower in the morning there was no hot water as well. I complained to the front desk and they said they were testing out the generators and there was nothing we do about it. I wish I recorded it but I was trying to sleep. They need to suspend or fire who ever’s decision it was to do that at 3 AM and not in the afternoon when they knew it would reset everything and turn on all lights/TVs/phone systems. Horrible 0 star experience from a “5 star” hotel.
The assistant manager spoke with us when we checked out and acknowledged that the phone ringing multiple times between 2 AM - 4 AM and we reminded him that the lights and TV were also turned on. He said they have learned from this mistake and offered a future concession for literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!! Proceed at your own risk.
