Upon arrival rm wasn't ready, fine because we got to the hotel early due to our flight. The lady at the desk said we could check-in by 2 or so. We left the hotel to walk around until that time. We came back to the hotel at 2:30 & was told that housekeeping was preparing our room & it should be ready shortly. Again, no worries we sat in the lobby to rest. At about 3p.m. we are still sitting their with no room NO ONE has come over to check on us or to even give us an update on the status of our room. At about 315 I got in line at the desk behind others that were also trying to check-in. I waited in line for about 20min or LONGER before being informed by one of many frustrated guests that there seems to be something wrong with the hotel's system? No one made any announcement about there being a system error, or why it was taking an extremely long time to get people checked-in. Multiple guests in front of me were very frustrated and one guest had to come back to the desk about the the elevator not working and that she had to take the stairs. Again, NO O NE from the front desk nade an announcement to let us know that the elevator was down! The ONLY working elevator could only fit like 3 ppl MAX with NO LUGGAGE. By the time i received my room key it was WELL AFTER 4 P.M. after been on a 9hrs flight Our room lost all power. No sufficient towels.
