Location was perfect. Room was very nice and updated. Breakfast and pool was unavailable due to lockdown. Only major issues were; whole floor smelled strong of Marijuana, no hot water for shower, the tv didn't work (bad reception?) and the room was very hot, turned on air conditioner which was very loud and it was very hard to sleep. 3/5 stars rating.

Issues with both TV’s HDMI (tried 2 cords) which was irritating as we spent a lot of time INSIDE the room due to lockdown wanting to watch movies. The bed was super comfortable & clean, however the rest of the room was fairly worn (outdated carpets, lots of tile and porcelain chilling in the washroom, kitchenette sink sprayed water in multiple directions, stains on windows and walls). Overall I was comfortable with the cleanliness relating to COVID but could have been done better for appearance purposes. Underground parking signs are unclear and is very narrow so just drive extra slowly when enterting/exiting.

No Service but you still have to pay for it.
This hotel did not provide any cleaning service or any service at all. Covid seems to be the excuse for the lack of any kind of service, but you still have to pay!! I asked a few times for towels and soap but had to come to the lobby to collect it. The lobby was dead quiet and there were two staff chatting away. I guess it was too difficult or them to tear themselves away from a conversation to send towels and soap upstairs to the room. Of course, their comments were "we don't have housekeeping staff and its not in our job description'.

Smooth check-in, quiet rooms, comfortable beds. No room service available due to covid but reception was helpful in terms of explaining the logistics for ordering in. Construction going on in the parking garage which was a little difficult to navigate and had tight clearance for a car with a roof rack. Overall a great stay.

Great downtown location close to all landmarks, restaurants and transit, and spacious room when travelling with kids. Due to COVID-19, most of the facilities like pool, restaurant and so on are closed. The underground parking is very tight and on top of that, there is construction going on. It makes parking extremely hard as there are a few spots available and you have to navigate in between scaffolding, construction equipment and traffic cones. Once you leave the car, there is construction dust everywhere and you have to carefully move in between the construction equipment to get into the elevator - not so safe with kids!
