Terrible stay

This whole expierance was awful, my friend and I were in town for a show at the paramount theater. We checked in, paid, and starting to get ready in our room. Only for the door the swing open with some else who had been assigned to our room. I go to the front desk (terrible service) and find out not only wise I charger over $300 for a completely unsafe room I was also charged another $300 for that other woman’s room! I was told I’d get paid back for her room and my room comped, so far their only help up half of the deal.

Perfect location

End of the PNW college tour. We had a great stay, greeted warmly with our room ready early thanks to digital check in. Amazing restaurant attached to hotel! Must eat there!!! Walking distance to Pikes market and Seattle U. Small gym but enough to get a travel workout done. Highly recommended for an ideal location.
