Very nice, Clean room and friendly staff
Good clean hotel, good value for the money, easy walk to the theme park, everyone is especially friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that when we ordered room service it took 2 hrs, then the delivery guy dropped our pizza and was going to take it back but we were starving and were not going to wait another 2hrs, would have appreciated a refund for the food. Otherwise we will stay here again and will just order delivery from somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service
There was a small issue with the room, as it was already occupied when we got to it, the housekeeper that was on the floor, called it in and we were immediately helped by the manager and she fixed the problem right away and we felt very satisfied with how they treated the issue. Mistakes happen so we were very understanding.

Perfection!
This was our third stay, the first two during construction but also 5-Star. We need more than five stars to review this breathtakingly renovated place! Every detail demands you sit down and enjoy your surroundings. Lovely gift shop, decent restaurant, wonderful bar, and accommodations that never missed a beat in regard to cleanliness, comfort, amenities, and outstanding service. The convenience of walking to Knott’s food and shopping even when you’re not entering the park add to the draw of the location. The Disneyland shuttle keeps us coming back. I fear this luxurious place threatens to price us out of return visits, which would be heartbreaking because we’ve loved coming here. And above all, the staff is, without exception in our experience, the friendliest, kindest, most professional and truly service-oriented group we’ve encountered. The hotel is perfect in every way.

Great stay at the newly refurbished Knotts Hotel.
My stay was a positive experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food in their restaurant was excellent and well priced. The hotel was recently refurbished and it shows. The rooms were thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern electronic needs with numerous charging ports and great wi-fi. The shuttle staff (Miguel & Jorge) were great. I’m glad I stayed at the Knotts Hotel and I would stay here again.
