Glamorous & Friendly
From the moment we walked through the front door, the Kingsley wowed my family. The hotel was spotless, the decor was glamorous, and every single employee recognized us and said hello. I’ve never felt so content at a hotel. Bonus: the restaurants are amazing and just as clean and friendly. I highly recommend!

Disappointed in service
The hotel lobby looked pretty on the inside upon arrival! Our room unfortunately was right next to the lobby but that was alright. The worst part of the stay was that beginning at 9:15am the following day, the carpet was being installed in the room above ours. The drilling and hammering was so loud we had to check out despite hoping to stay till noon as I had work that needed to be finished online first. When I brought this up to the front desk, all I was given in response was “we are installing new carpet upstairs.” I expressed that a notice about the noise or an accommodation would be appreciated as we didn’t want to check out first thing in the morning. The front desk offered to check us out and that was it. I had higher hopes for the hotel due to the cost but the service was below normal. I personally wouldn’t recommend the hotel but that’s my opinion, I will not be returning.

5 Star Staff!
We had a wonderful getaway stay. While not new, the updates and upkeep have kept the property very nice and up to date. Where the Kingsley truly shines is with the staff. Every single person we met and talked to were kind, friendly and helpful. From the person checking us in, to the housekeepers, the staff made our stay here special. Kudos to the staff... 5 stars!!
