Meh
Their plumber needs to be fired. Workmanship in the plumbing in bathroom isn't pretty.
Bed was uncomfortable, springs were so shot easily roll off.
Breakfast was minimal effort, coffee good, juices watered down, waffle ok at best.

Budget motel
Small cheap motel. No frills. Not updated. Dirty carpets. Tiny bathrooms.
You get what you pay for- a decent place to sleep. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable and that is what mattered most.
Breakfast was ok- sausage, eggs, waffles, breads, fruits, yogurt.
It wasn’t fancy but it got the job done. And they are pet friendly.

Decent deal for the night, good staff.
It was good deal for the price and the staff was helpful. There was a terrible storm coming in the night we stayed. But the front desk guy (Sam)was very helpful, he gave local suggestions for food and we had asked about the hot tub so he had it all ready to go for us when we came back, which was super. Then we couldn't figure out the TV so Sam came up and set it up properly for us. Place is older and looks a bit dated in places (hallway rugs), but our room was clean, comfortable and all we really need for a night.

Clean, fair, but a bit noisy
Very cleaned and fairly priced. Because there are pet friendly rooms, we heard a dog barking above us on and off all night which was a bummer. Also, our fridge made a weird clicking sound whenever it was cooling so we had to turn it off in the middle of the night.

Two things:
Really have no complaints but two: Pop up ads on television for some Dolby surround sound thing. That is a serious annoyance and needs to be done away. The refrigerator door would not stay closed, which made it impossible to keep anything cold. Otherwise, it was good.

Great and clean property customer service yuck .
The property was clean and kept up . The breakfast had lots of choices eggs, sausage, fruit , cereal , juices and breads. Room and pool was clean but the lobby had an odd smell. The employee at check in was very nice checking me in and then my husband and teen walked in and his mood changed completely he because very short and acted like he was put out having to work .

My bedroom deadbolt was broken and the door handle lock, only the key card lock so no way to lock the door from the inside. I have a service animal but purposely book at pet friendly hotels. Upon check in, the clerk asked if I had pet, I informed him yes but it was service animal. He asked for a tag/license as proof. I politely informed him they don’t actually give out service ID cards but I could tell him what task my animal is trained to perform and that it was a service animal. He pulled up a picture of a fake service ID and showed me. I politely again said “they don’t actually give those out for service animals. If it is an issue you can charge me the pet fee but I purposely pick pet friendly hotels to avoid this issue.” He told me he would try and waive the fee then proceeded to charge me. He was very friendly and ultimately he has the right to refuse service so I accepted the fee but it’s embarrassing to bicker, I wish management would educate all staff on this.

Out of order hot tub
Room was clean. Hot tub was broken and that was sole reason we booked this so we were a little disappointed.
