The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is central, and I did need a car service for all my day trips. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Well-trained staff, clean room, comfy bed...
The room assigned to us had water dripping from the airconditioning vent close to midnight - the maintenance guy came, temporarily fixed the problem for 30 mins. then when the problem resurfaced, we were given another room as we had requested. We also found it strange for staff to knock on the door while we were having a siesta to check if we had consumed anything from the minibar (we stayed for two nights). Aside from these minor hiccups, our stay was amazing, and highly recommended!

Already been here 3 times but hotel Movich is the best in the city for well it does in everything from accessibility And location center of the city also connected with a plaza transportation is also super easy. They have drivers right out front waiting for anything, but I will also keep saying this the best thing that Movich has is its staff. This time around, they are doing renovations to the I’m guessing the dining area from what I know it will look amazing when it’s done. 5 stars for always a good experience and also I will be Going back again soon

Good customer service but room too hot
The staff at the front desk was kind, helpful and respectful. The room was very hot. The air conditioning doesn’t work and the vent is very noisy. The safe was not accepting any combination to lock it.
