Excellent value - staff was superb, especially Wendy at front desk who helped me with a special request. Appreciated the cleanliness of the room as well as the breakfast and common areas. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet place which made it easy to sleep. Rooms were a tad on the small side and hard pillows were my only gripe.

Great hotel in every way
The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was nice, friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection of food. We chose the hotel because of the price and the ratings. It was less expensive than other comparable places, even those with lower ratings. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Stay elsewhere
The Hotel lost our reservation and wouldn’t help to fix the situation. They then told us it was Hotels.com’s fault and we shouldn’t use that service. No manager was on-site and the poor desk clerk was left with no authority to do a thing. The hotel was also very loud.

The view
A standard package: quick check-in, friendly staff, comfortable bed...but then waking up to a red-wall view early next morning was priceless. The place is very special, and the hotel stays smack in the middle. Moab rules!
