Fantastic hotel, staff, and location
Fantastic hotel. The location was great for exploring both the Muslim Quarter and the wider city. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. The breakfast and evening food was a real bonus but a special mention goes to Anna who was lovely and helped us each day. While we had already booked tours and trips, Anna can also book those for you if you dont want to pre-plan. Xi'an is a lovely city - much more than the terracotta warriors (although these were, of course, amazing). Highly recommended - I'd definfitelt stay here again if I'm back in the area.

After an exhausting day of travel, we finally checked-in at about 3am. Unfortunately, the lift broke down while we are in the lift with our luggages. The service team did rescue us after about 30 minutes. We were lucky there were staff at 3am in the morning. The hotel lift needs urgent servicing. Otherwise, the location and overall experience was good. Breakfast was very limited.

Hotel staffs are very friendly, caring and helpful. Location is just 500m south of Drum tower with eateries just outside the Hotel. Hotel even provides (simple) breakfast, and light dinner.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious eatery place near by the hotel. Loved the convenient location close to Muslim Quarter, Bell tower and subway Our room at top floor with a view to the eatery street, so a bit noisy, will be fine if you close the window.

Stayed here for 6 nights and its incredibly convenient. its approx. 15-20mins walk to bell tower, Muslim Quarter, Great Mosque of Xi An and drum tower. Lots of food choices including push carts and bubble tea, beneath the hotel in the morning and for supper. The room was huge with bean bag (plus point!). Extremely clean as well. I love that there were a large variety of equipments in the gym and it was extremely well maintained. Light sleepers may like to request for rooms that are not facing the main street as theres supper place opposite the hotel and those who require ramps, pls note that there is a small little step before reaching the hotel lobby. The hotel receptionists were also very helpful and kind. They even assisted to call my carrier when there were hiccups to my online purchase.

Superb pick
A conveniently located hotel with just so many eating options nearby. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many tourist sights. Room is also comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. They provide free bkfst and even had some tea time afternoon snacks available. Highly recommend this hotel for ur next stay,

Good value, great location
Pretty good hotel. Great location, plentiful breakfast. But, one thing that was really disappointing was that the roof terrace was closed for construction. That was a really big disappointment as literally, that was the reason I booked this particular hotel. Also, the pictures of the bar are a little deceiving as it is actually located next door and doesn’t open until later in the evening. All in all, it was a decent stay. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place.

Great value and location
This hotel was quite a nice find. First of all, it’s right in the center of the walled city, which is an excellent place to be located. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the Muslim Quarter, the bar street and the Drum and Bell Towers. I found the decor to be pleasing; they had large lounge areas. The bed was also soft which can be hard to come across in China. The only complaint that I had was that I had to ask each day for them to open the gym. Overall I found this to be quite a nice hotel for a low cost, so I would return and recommend it to others.
