From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, special thanks to Angela. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed views from my window.
The hotel's location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, delicious options and attentive service. Their weekend buffet dinner served a good spread of xiao long xia, assorted seafood, meats, desserts and the list goes on.
What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the warm, genuine hospitality. I felt like valued guests every step of the way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area.

雖然是一間超過30年的五星級飯店；但是維修得當，交通便利、附近飲食逛街一般的生活機能絕佳。臨近虹橋機場，早餐也幾乎幾乎可挑剔。最重要的是性價比非常好。

快適に滞在出来ました。チェックインや、チェックアウトも対応がスムーズで良かったです。
朝食も良かったですが、麺類や焼き物の担当者は素人のスタッフなので、美味しくなかった。スタッフが可哀想なので文句ではなく、今後の改善点と考えて頂ければと思います。

過去は隣のシェルトン泊の方々がここに移してきた感です。日本語も施設に記載されたり、泊まりやすいと思います。
交通は車ではなければ、地下鉄駅からすこし離れてますので徒歩必須です。
