"We loved how the rooms were very spacious and clean. We booked ocean view but got garden view. When we brought up the situation to the front desk, they gave us a bit of a run around. We then eventually made a deal with the supervisor for late check out. But then was told it was not in file and had to go back again to the front desk the morning of our departure to speak to a Manager. It did get sorted. Also some staff members weren’t as friendly, we felt, the white guest were treated better than we did. We did not get the welcoming treatment as the white guest got. Other than that, we loved how convenient and close everything was. We did have a great time. But I believe all guest should be treated equally. "

"This property is located in an excellent area. You have to stay in the adults section where the liquor is premium and the restaurants are better quality, especially Azul. I would stay there again."

A particular highlight was the service at the main sports bar; Damon was exceptionally attentive and provided a level of engaging service that truly enhanced our evenings. After exploring the island, the on-site spa offered a tranquil sanctuary. The therapists were skilled and professional, ensuring a restorative experience that was well worth the time. Additionally, the convenience of the on-site concierge made arranging local tours and excursions seamless. We are already looking forward to our return visit"

"My room had this horrible mold mildew smell I notify the desk by 3rd day because it got stronger and stronger they said they will send someone up to check it out but still had smell. I sprayed Lysol and room spray it would not go away. I got sick from that room so it made me feel horrible. They said the rooms have to be sprayed with a chemical to keep the smell away that seemed weird. But other than smell nice location and room. I prefer hotel I hate wasting towels on vacay. "

"The property needs an upgrade. The closet started leaking with water. I had to call front desk for toilet paper because housekeeping forgot to put some more in my room."

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "
