The hotel was a delight. The location was ideal (just a 5 minute ride on the #2 tram from Centraal Station) and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast at the hotel is a bit pricey but well worth the price. Although the hotel is quite old it holds its age well and the rooms are quite modern. When I come back to Amsterdam-and I will be back - I hope to stay at the same place.

Room was clean and quiet despite there being a lot of hustle and bustle outside. Room was small but that’s to be expected with an old building. There are plenty of things to do/see nearby. Small grocery store just down the block. Plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. A few minutes away from the Anne Frank house and the Red Light District. We walked to the Heineken Experience. We walked to Amsterdam Centraal with our bags - it wasn’t too bad of a walk but it was a little bit of a pain with how crooked the path is. There’s a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. The bar has some fancy cocktails well worth checking out. We enjoyed our stay here and would totally stay here again.

Excellent location with walking distance to pretty much everything! The staff was really welcoming when we arrived and the rooms were modern and nice. The nightlife noises are however really loud but that’s expected. We had to buy breakfast at the hotel restaurant one day because of an early morning, DONT DO IT! We had seen before that the breakfast was super expensive and bad and that was very true! It sucked! We paid 75€ for three people and got a slice of white bread and some marmalade… so take your breakfast outside!

Excellent little hotel with a lovely adjacent bar, that does great cocktails. A nearby supermarket served me well for food, and the location is great. Amsterdam is a very walkable city anyway but you are close here to two good shopping districts and museums, and right next to a tram line . The room was great , really comfortable and the staff were excellent. Would definitely chose this place again.
