Great views across from the beach large family room. Great buffet breakfast. Awesome infinity pool and rooftop DJ on Saturday night with killer views !! Not just an issue with this hotel but across Brasil is the use of plastic straws, cups and single-use toiletries. The gym should be open on weekend's the same time as during the week.

We stayed in af room with sea view and we really enjoyed the view over Copacabana and the Sugar Loaf. The pool area is nice and the kids liked the play room. The room was a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better.

Beautiful upgraded room, with a special breakfast on the 30th floor. Did not initially know about concierge service to check in. Staff explained VIP benefits upon check-in. Loved our room on a top floor with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, tons of storage, and dining room table in a sunroom looking down on Copacabana Beach. Memorable stay!

Reception Chaos

The Check In and Out was absolute chaos and the worst I experienced in Brazil. I stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned once, despite asking. I literally walked out of the hotel after two days without doing a proper check out as the chaos at reception was too much.

Gostamos muito de nossa estadia! Tudo no hotel é muito organizado, limpo,cheiroso, bonito, funcionários extremamente agradáveis e educados. O visual do hotel é lindíssimo! O rooftop é muito bonito. A área do posto 5 em Copacabana é ótima, bem movimentada. O quiosque de praia do hotel é ótimo também. O banheiro é antigo, mas funcional e grande, o quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Limpeza impecável e café da manhã bem variado e gostoso.
