Great Service and Rooms!
When I started my new job, I was moving from a different city and didn't have the keys to the new apartment yet. This hotel had the most consistently good reviews and it was a decent price for the type of rooms available. Thank goodness I chose this one! Every single person I interacted with was absolutely wonderful (Danica at the front desk was fantastic and so nice!)! There was an issue with my room, but they easily resolved it, no questions asked. The room was actually a 2-room suite! The living room was spacious, with a decent-sized desk/table to work and eat. The fridge was bigger than a mini-fridge, which meant I could have some groceries for the week without paying more to eat at restaurants. The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated; it was pretty modern, and the shower was heavenly after a long day. While the elevator and ice machine weren't working while I was there, the service and cleanliness were so great that I booked this same hotel again until we got the keys to the new apartment. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!!

Less than pleased
First the positives -Room cleanliness was good and front desk staff was friendly. Negatives -Elevator (1 of 2) out of service during our stay and fitness center closed the entire week we stayed. We booked and paid for 7 nights upon our arrival. During day 5 , we were made aware of a family issue that required us to leave one day early. We immediately notified the front desk (24 hours in advance of departure) that we needed to leave one day early and were requesting a refund for night 7. After 72 hours, we've been notified by hotels.com that Best Western Deerfield Beach hotel has denied our refund request for the 7th night. I have no incentive to ever stay at another Best Western again.

Keep scrolling on this one
Hotel was so old and run down. Plastic stretched across the breakfast area where the ac was leaking. You could tell they make an effort to clean it but it’s just too old! Neighbors in the next room screamed and yelled all hours of the night. Smoked “something” that kept coming through the adjoining door!

Angry front desk tagless person turned mad when I asked him about in room heater a few times and he recommended to use aircon....the room was unlivable and smelled mold so we had no choice but to leave. On the way out the smiling maintenance appeared and said that his boss never gave him any orders to fix that heater. I was told by the other tenant that her room had working heater but she stayed in that hotel for extended time. I booked for one night so they figured that I did not deserve working heater and room temperature was lower inside that room than outside so we kept our door opened even though my sons were wearing sweaters. The front desk rep said that indeed some rooms had working heaters but not mine. His eyes were round and he seemed to be on drugs. Someone told me later that their heater was off due to mold issue in the room as mold grew better when heater was on.
