As reported by others - superficially clean (just look at the baseboards to see major dirt everywhere), getting a bit shabby (many large holes in the wall that might have been for an old curtain rod?), noisy overlooking bar with live music (bring high-quality earplugs), and the hallways reek of marijuana at all hours. Other than that, it was nice to have a real refrigerator and was walkable to where I needed to go.

The apartment was great and everything was clean and ready for us. The parking situation is not great and we had to park a few blocks away to avoid the crazy parking charge.
