A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rosa. A perfect place to see the town. The property is newly refurbished to a high specification with a super en-suite and furniture including the king size bed. The only downside was the hallway from the street was very dark which made it difficult at night. Antonelle is a great host and was very punctual to meet us and show us the apartment. Very recommended for a short stay.

La struttura ha una posizione ottima, dietro c è un comodo parcheggio che il proprietario ci ha subito indicato prima di arrivare da loro, quindi non è stato per niente scomodo trovarlo. Uscendo dalla struttura sei in pieno centro storico e tutto a portata di piede, la camera semi-ristruttrata, ha ancora qualcosina da essere terminata ma tutto sommato il proprietario ha cercato in tutti i modi di supplire a qualche piccola mancanza,ci ha fornito anche bottigliette d acqua gratuite e c'era un angolo con bollitore e tutto il necessario per farci un thè o una tisana in piena autonomia quando si voleva... Ti affacci dalla finestra della sala comune e vedi una bellissima piazzetta che ti fa immaginare facilmente quanto bella e gremita di turisti possa essere Bosa d'estate!

Ho soggiornato ad inizio settembre! Camera pulitissima, l'alloggio è in pieno centro quindi comodissimo e vicino a tutto. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consiglio la struttura a chiunque passi per Bosa!

Die Lage direkt an der Piazza ist unschlagbar, wenn man mitten im Leben der Altstadt sein möchte. Das Zimmer war super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Einen größeren Parkplatz gibt es gleich um die Ecke (günstig). Der Vermieter war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings stimmen die Expedia-Beschreibung und Ist-Situation vor Ort ncht überein: Eine Rezeption gibt es dort nicht, es steht dort nicht einmal der Name des Guesthouse. Die Bedienungen in der darunterliegenden Pizzeria wussten auch nichts. Man muss den Vermieter anrufen oder anschreiben, wenn man da ist oder im Vorfeld etwas ausmachen. Wir haben fast eine Stunde gewartet, bis er kam. Das sollte unbedingt besser vermittelt werden. Auch hieß es in der Beschreibung 'Zimmer mit Balkon'... Wir hatten keinen. War aber egal, es war trotzdem toll. 😊
