Decent room but no spa and location had many homeless.
A gorgeous hotel with great staff. The junior suite was well-appointed with a great layout. Love the Illy coffee machine.
Exceeded our expectations
Great stay with family for a quick trip to San Francisco!
Horrible food , room service . End up going to hospital for stomach pain . They promised they will get back to me . But they didn’t care . They got paid ahead . Why they would care .
Cleanliness was exceptional!! Overall stay excellent. Efforts for food were good with the virus problem an issue.
Friendly staff, great location and clean room. Due to Covid no amenities available but room service if you want.
Our stay was unfortunately unpleasant and not what you would expect from a JW. We were given the wrong rooms. I had paid for an executive suite, and requested adjoining rooms. When I notified the staff that we were given the wrong rooms and were looking to nap after our long drive before dinner, it took 3 hours before I rooms where switched. I had to go to the front desk again to remind them and then it was switched. No apology, nothing offered at the time. I had to ask for some sort of compensation since now everyone had just been sitting and waiting and we would miss our reservations for dinner. We were offered a $40 food credit. Our rooms appeared to have not been cleaned or dusted. Our bathrooms were dirty. We were not given any blankets or sheets for our sofa bed. When I requested them, they were sent to our rooms, and the sheets had dried blood stains. Even our towels had stains on them, again not what you expect from a JW Marriott. When we ordered breakfast, everything was brought to us boxed up. We were not provided any plates or silverware. Our order was not correct and I had to call to request for it to be fixed. The 3 separate bills had facility charges in addition to service charges. Nonetheless, I would not stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it. Staying at a time during COVID, and the hotel barely occupied you would presume service would be better, however to our disappointment that was not the case.
Our room had a bed and a pull out couch. We were provided with no sheets or blankets for the second bed. When we asked for a duvet they said they didn’t have any and brought us a large TOWEL as blanket. At the time of our stay the hotel was very empty due to COVID which was nice but all guests were booked in rooms next to one another. We couldn’t play music or even talk too loud because the walls were so thin and were told if we made noise we’d have to leave.... Most staff was kind and helpful but some service was lacking.
Property was conveniently located. The staff was great and was very helpful, especially the concierge.. He was amazing!
