In need of training and investment- felt like 3*
We returned to Long Beach after three years and sadly the service has dropped and the facilities are in need of updating. Whilst there we had a day of broken air con, another of no hot water for the showers and another with no power to the electric sockets in our room and a broken phone- they have a WhatsApp chat with you to offer assistance but all issues raised were never replied to. We were on all inclusive package and the mini bar wasn’t refilled for two days. The room wasn’t cleaned on one day too. The bar and setting is good and overall the food is good- a bit hit and miss depending on who is running the kitchen that day but Hasu is incredible. Swimming pool needed a clean as has suncream grease on the top layer. Really sad as we chose to come for our 10th anniversary but we made the wrong choice. Some staff are incredible which made up for some of it and we made the most of the holiday but would never return and wouldn’t recommend anymore. More like 3*
