The hotel is outdated - it’s more like a motel. The photos of the rooms are nothing like the real deal. The staff are unprofessional, the housekeepers were coming into our rooms without knocking on the door first. There are also no wifi signals.
Very nice room for the money. It was cleaned every day. I had a 4th floor location and it was very quiet. Front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay at the Clarion anytime I am in Concord Ca
We have stayed with Clarion each time. Not enough towels for us. One towel and hand towel for two adults. The on to go breakfast isn’t something that everyone can eat. This trip i the floor on which we were was extremely mosey. We hadn’t had any problems before.
Didn't match up to the pictures. Stains everywhere, from ceiling to floor. Chair's fabric was ripping off. Changing rooms didn't fix the issue. Unpleasant! Left after one night and the hotel wouldn't process a refund on either of my rooms.
Bathroom any more cleand More toallas All time is only 1
A good stay. Relaxing while on business. Easy check-in with frendly front desk reception.
Cockroaches, no towels and tiny pillow, couch size
I arrived the outside and front desk area is Immaculate compared to the rest of the hotel. It was a dirthole, nasty, smelled, the carpet had wet spots and the chair that had old stains. Unfortunately it was an noorefundable room so I’m out of money
First of all, there were no blankets in the room. Second, when I called down to the front desk, they told me that I would have to got to the front desk if I wanted a blanket. It was 1am. ... and they want me to walk outside around the building to go get a blanket that should have been provided in the first place. Unacceptable. I will NEVER stay, or recommend a Clarion hotel again. I didn’t even mention the bathtub that had what looked like chainsaw damage. I attached a picture for reference. I do not know what the reddish-brown stains were, but I can imagine.
